Pages viewed before submitting, the first landing page, the referring page, campaign parameters, timestamps, and a browser-session identifier may be included with the inquiry. MDS uses this context to understand the request, route it, and respond.
Session boundary
Captured navigation is limited to the current MDS browser-tab session. It does not capture content, keystrokes, or browsing history outside the MDS site.
Website analytics
How MDS measures website use.
MDS may use Google Analytics 4 and Matomo to understand aggregate website traffic, referral sources, device and browser characteristics, page use, and inquiry conversions. Analytics events do not include the contents of form fields or the internal reference assigned to an inquiry.
